Exchange combines a buyback with a purchase. We value your bag as we would for buyback, add the exchange bonus stated in our terms, and deduct the total from the price of the bag you choose. Pay the difference, or receive it as store credit if yours is worth more.
Every bag on our shelf is eligible, including new arrivals and items reserved online once the hold has lapsed. The valuation is done in store so you can try the new bag first.
The exchange bonus on top of the buyback value means trading in pays better than selling and buying separately.
If nothing on the shelf is right today, your valuation can be held as store credit for the period stated in our terms — new arrivals land every week.
Yours is authenticated before we take it; the one you leave with carries our authenticity guarantee like every item we sell.
In the form below, add photos of the bag you are trading in and mention the item code or model you have your eye on. We reply with an indicative trade-in value.
Bring your bag to Far East Plaza, try the new one, and we confirm the valuation, bonus and difference in writing before anything changes hands.
Pay the difference by card or PayNow, or take the balance as credit, and leave with your new bag and its guarantee.
These apply to every Exchange enquiry and are kept up to date by the shop.
